Terms of service
Draft for review. This page is still being finalised and may change. Highlighted text marks details that are proposed or still to be confirmed.
These terms apply when you ask We AI Anything for a quote, agree a job with us, or buy a fixed-price package on this website. Please read them before agreeing any work.
1. About us
We AI Anything is the trading name of [to be confirmed: legal name of the owner or company], [to be confirmed: postal address]. Company number: [to be confirmed: CRO company number, if a company]. Registered business name number: [to be confirmed: business name registration, if any]. VAT number: [to be confirmed: VAT number, if registered]. You can contact us at info@weaianything.com.
2. Quotes and prices
- Prices on this website marked “from” are starting prices for typical jobs, not fixed prices for every job.
- Before any work starts, we'll send you a quote describing the work and its fixed price. A quote is valid for 30 days.
- We only start work, and only charge you, once you've accepted a quote in writing. Email is fine.
- If we find that a job needs more than the quote covers, we'll stop and tell you before doing anything extra. Extra work needs your agreement and an updated quote.
- [to be confirmed: VAT status, and whether prices include VAT]
3. Fixed-price packages
- A package bought on this website covers exactly the scope described on the package when you buy it.
- After you pay, we'll contact you within one working day to confirm the details and arrange the work.
- If the job turns out to need more than the package covers, we'll explain why and offer a quote for the extra work, which you're free to decline. If we can't do what the package describes, we'll refund you in full.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Paying for quoted work
- We'll invoice you as set out in your quote. Invoices are due within 14 days.
- For larger projects we may ask for a deposit before starting. If so, the quote will say how much.
5. Your part
- Give us accurate information about the problem or project, and access to what we need to do the work.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, images, logos or accounts you ask us to work with.
- Where the platform allows, we take a backup before making changes, and we recommend you keep your own too. Working on live websites always carries some risk.
- Never send passwords by email. We'll agree a secure way to access anything we need.
6. Cancelling
- If you're a business, you can cancel quoted work at any time by telling us in writing. You'll pay for the work done up to that point.
- If you're buying as a consumer, not for a business, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to start within that period, you'll pay for work done before you cancel, and you lose the right to cancel once the work is complete. [to be confirmed: consumer cancellation wording, after legal review]
7. If something isn't right
If something we delivered doesn't work as agreed, tell us within 30 days and we'll put it right at no extra cost. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
8. Ownership
Once you've paid in full, you own the work we created specifically for you. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and services stay under their own licences. We may reuse general know-how and code that isn't specific to your business.
9. Third-party services
Websites depend on services we don't control, such as hosting, domain registrars, plugins and payment providers. We're not responsible for their outages, price changes or terms, but we'll help you deal with them where that's part of our work.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability for any job is limited to the price you paid for that job, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. [to be confirmed: liability wording, after legal review]
11. Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections the law of where you live gives you.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a job is the one in place when you accepted the quote or bought the package.
