Are your prices fixed?
Prices marked “from” are starting points for typical jobs. Before any work starts, we agree a fixed price for your job in writing, and you're never charged for work you haven't agreed to.
Do you only work with businesses in Limerick?
No. We're based in Limerick, and most work can be done remotely, so we work with small and medium-sized businesses anywhere in Ireland.
My website was built by someone else. Can you still help?
Yes. Fixing and improving websites built by someone else is exactly what Website Fix and Website Refresh are for. Tell us what it's built with, if you know, and we'll take it from there.
Do I need to send you my passwords?
Please don't send passwords by email or through the contact form. If a job needs access to your website or accounts, we'll agree a secure way to set it up, ideally a separate login for us that you can remove when we're done.
Can you help with AI if we're not technical?
Yes. We explain the options in plain English, recommend AI only where it genuinely saves time or improves something, and design it so a person stays in control of what it produces.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are agreed as part of your quote. Where you pay online, payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.
